Carlow AC was founded in the 1920’s. Since then the club has changed it’s name to St Laurence O’Toole Athletic Club. Since then Carlow AC has welcomed members of all ages and abilities to exercise in a friendly and comfortable environment.
The Carlow AC club provides fitness programs for all members and they strive to ensure their members achieve their goals be it competing in national race meets to increasing their daily activities.
Weekly training is provided by experienced and qualified instructors.
