The Ennis Yoga Studio ,Friary Lane ,Ennis is a community based yoga studio providing safe,inspiring weekly yoga & pilates classes in a beautiful custom built studio space .
The 2 Ennis Yoga Studiostudios are situated in the heart of Ennis town & rest on the grounds of the oldest settlement in town – the land of the old Abbey. The main windows of both studios look out onto the Frairy Church. The studios are custom built, busy centers of connection and are easily recognised by their colourful exterior .
The Ennis Yoga Studioare community based centers of excellence offering yoga classes suitable for everyone from beginners to more advanced students . We also offer Teacher Training for those wanting to explore the art of sharing the practice and are affiliated with Vinyasa Yoga Ireland & David Curtis.
With 8 full time Ennis Yoga Studio teachers we aim to bring awareness to all aspects of the practices of yoga.
We offer Vinyasa Flow (origins in Iyengar-Ashtanga ) , Kundalini Yoga , Sivananda Yoga , Kirtan (chanting ) , Meditation and a very full Pregnancy Programme working with Pregnancy Yoga , Hypno Birthing & Active Birth preparation .
Ennis Yoga Studio also have a Pilates teacher , Yin Yang teacher & offer ongoing Workshops with some of Ireland’s & the world’s most experienced teachers .
