Evo fitness was established in 2012. Originally the Evo fitness brand started in Co Dublin as a tiny ’boutique’ gym which quickly gained a reputation for getting results, They added a further two studios (Naas & Longmile Road) in 2012. Their logic is simple: if they get great results then their clients will refer them to their family, friends, work colleagues, etc… Their clients come to us!

20 Minute Sessions
Who can afford hours in the gym these days? Evo-style training takes just 20 minutes per day, 3-4 times a week to achieve truly amazing results
Monitored
Their trainers monitor your progress every 6 sessions to make sure you’re heading in the right direction and achieving the results they promise!
Appointment Based
All training sessions are booked in advance so you know exactly when you’re going to train! They guarantee no more than 3 people training at anyone time in the gym, this allows their trainers give each client the attention they deserve & avoids overcrowding.

A Helping Hand
Every single Evo session is supervised by one of their expert trainers to make each exercise is performed with correct form and intensity! They’re also on hand to lend morale support when needed!
No Cardio
Evo-style training does not involve any threadmills, cross-trainers or steppers – just low-impact, resistance training suitable for all ages, genders & abilities.
Nutritional Advice
They offer simple, easy to follow advice on nutrition that works plus, their trainers are always on hand to answer any questions.
