Malahide Rugby Club was founded in 1922. At present Malahide Rugby Club have two senior teams competing in Leinster Branch IRFU competitions, Metropolitan J1 and up to Leinster League Division 3.
The club opened a 13k square foot clubhouse with high-tech rugby pitches and modern club facilities such as changing rooms, plunge pool, gym and physio treatment. There is also a function room and bar that can sear over 150 people and cater for parties and sports events.
