The Moynalty Athletic Club – Moynalty AC – was founded in 2014. The aim of Moynalty AC is to promote athletics and fitness in the area. All levels of runners are welcome and training sessions run regularly. If you are a beginner don’t worry , they regularly organise couch to 5k programmes during the year.
At the moment there is one training session at 7.30pm on Wednesdays at Mullagh Sports Centre.
All members are welcome to join Moynalty AC wednesday nights sessions however please note that this is intermediate training and will involve intervals. Participants should be at a good level of fitness. But remember, Moynalty AC run training for all levels of fitness so make sure to contact the club directly.
