Portmarnock Penguins welcome all swimmers from age 4 upwards. Our committed team of qualified coaches and support staff are experienced in developing all levels of swimmer, from beginners to successful international athletes and the club has members regularly participating in a range of local to international swim events.

Saturday 1.45pm to 2.30pm D squad ( arm bands) Trinity Sports & Leisure Centre Donaghmede
Sunday 9:15am to 10:00am D Squad (arm bands) based in Trinity Sports and Leisure Centre Donaghmede. This has now changed to Saturday 1.45pm to 2.30pm
