Terenure College RFC was founded in 1940. Terenure College RFC field six adult teams each week from 1st XV to J5 level. Also with 450 boys playing mini-rugby every Sunday, the playing base in Terenure looks like it will have no problems for the forseeable future. Terenure have also an under 20 side coached by former Ireland International Paul Haycock and former Leinster Prop Peter Bruce. There is also a strong academy within the club of whichIreland’s Girvan Demspey is patron. Underage teams are fielded at U16, U15, U14, U13, U12 – U5 level.
