The Total Fitness Tuam facility was opened with these six objectives to fulfil:
- Cients would always be top priority and not just numbers.
- Results for clients had to be achieved.
- Staff must be always present to guide members and offer advice on the gym floor.
- At all times, the equipment in the gym must be in its location for safety and customers ease of use.
- Any damaged or outdated equipment would be serviced or replaced straight away.
- All members of staff must have a desire to up skill their knowledge to continue providing the highest standard of service.
Total Fitness Tuam now have over 580 members in their gym and this is growing and each new and existing member they treat with the same care and dedication to ensure their experience is rewarding for them and beneficial to their health and wellbeing.
