Waterford AC are Located in Waterford Ireland and they were 90 years old in 2013 and cater for all from 5 years old through to master athletes. Waterford AC Weekly training for senior and youths take place at the Waterford Regional Sports Centre in Waterford. All are very welcome to join the Waterford AC club.
Senior Training Times: Beginners/Improvers Mondays, 19:30 at the RSC carpark Improvers/Competing Athletes Tuesdays, 17:45 at the RSC Casual Runs Tuesdays and Thursdays, 19:00 at the Superquinn carpark Saturdays, 9:30 at the Superquinn carpark (9min mile pace)
