Bikram Yoga Limerick is a dedicated and custom-built Bikram Yoga Limerick studio which runs Bikram Yoga clases 7 days per week, almost every day of the year. We are located @ Level 1, Delta Sports Dome in Delta Retail Park, Ballysimon Road, Limerick. There is ample free parking outside the Sports Dome but on the busier evenings, you may have to park to the side of the building.
The Hot Room is a large spacious yoga room, capable of accomodating 50 students, carpeted as per Bikram Yoga requirement for safety, grip and comfort. There are mirrors on the front and right side wall of the hot room and a large window on the left side of the room allows natural light into the yoga room. There are changing rooms, with showers and toilets, for men and women.
Mats and towels can be rented at the studio. Please do take care of the rented mats and hang the mat directly onto the wooden mat racks in the hallway outside the changing rooms after your class. Apply a light spray of the tea-tree-oil solution spray provided to the rented mat. After class, please place the rented towels directly into the laundry bins provided in the changing rooms.
The Bikram Yoga Limerick studio is a shared space so please remember to take care of yourself and also others by leaving the studio exactly as you would like to find it!
