Eagle Athletics Club is located in Cork city on the south coast of Ireland. Founded in 1982, Eagle AC is one of Cork’s largest running clubs.
The Club currently has over 150 members of varying age and athletic ability. All our members are adults and approx 40% are women. As well as enjoying running as a fun and sociable leisure activity.
Joining Eagle AC is easy, just turn up at the CIT track in Bishopstown on a Tuesday or Thursday evening between 6.30 and 8pm. Currently, the Club comprises approx. 160 adult members, of which approx. 90 are male and 60 female. Standard of members varies from Beginner & Novice to more experienced and ages range from the early 20’s to 50+ so there will definitely be a niche for you.
Membership is €50 (€60 for familes) for the year and includes all track fees (i.e. there is no weekly subscription)
To join Eagle AC, just fill out the membership form and hand it to the person in charge at the track on Tuesday evenings. Alternatively, forms can be returned to any committee member, or mail it to Club Treasurer or email eagleac4@gmail.com
