At the KJ Strength And Performance Gym they offer a wide range of top quality classes provided by experienced qualified instructors.

They also have an open gym, available to anyone that has full membership. If you’ve missed a WOD or missed your sessions due to other commitments you can avail of the free time during the day and evening. If you are attending an open gym session ensure you have your workout done before the next class starts.

What is a typical class at KJ Strength And Performance ?

Each class is one hour long. This included a dynamic warm up, a strength phase and a conditioning phase. Every class will be different as we strive to make the classes challenging and exciting by never really letting you know whats coming up next. You will find that there could be months / years between doing the same workout again.
The conditioning phase that we do is what most people associate with CrossFit. The aim of this part is to work up a sweat and improve the efficiency of your cardio respiratory system to deliver more oxygen around the body faster.
