The Portlaoise GAA club is situated nearby the Abbeyleix road in Portlaoise towns. Their Portlaoise GAA grounds are called Pairc Ui Fhaolain. The Portlaoise GAA club are famously the most successful football club in Laois with an incredible 28 senior football titles.
